She started her career in the financial services industry with Vested Finance in Kampala, while managing the operations, human resource and leadership for the company.

Patience obtained her graduate degree in Procurement and Logistics Management(BPLM, Honors) from Uganda Christian University, Mukono Uganda, certificates in Business Finance Foundations, Principles of Leadership and Human Resource Management.
